Welcome journeys

A WhatsApp welcome series that warms up every lead.

When someone joins a group, a journey of messages goes out over the days that follow: a welcome, a story, an offer. Buttons can open a chatbot, and the series stops when they reply.

Or write to us →
Who gets the journey?

Contacts who join the group you choose. You can exclude other groups and also enroll contacts already in it.

Does it keep messaging after they reply?

Not if you turn on stop on reply, which ends the series as soon as they answer.

How many messages can a journey have?

Up to 50 steps, each an approved template with optional media and buttons.

What does each message cost?

Meta charges per message: in India about ₹0.86 for a marketing message and ₹0.11 for a utility message such as a reminder or an update, plus 18% GST. We add 0% on top; your plan is the only fee from us.

Will my WhatsApp number get banned?

Bans come from unofficial tools and from messages people did not agree to receive. You send through Meta’s official API with approved templates, and opt-in is built in, which keeps you within Meta’s rules.

How quickly can we go live?

About 20 minutes for most teams: connect the number, import your contacts and send the first message. We help with your Meta Business Portfolio, the blue tick application and your first templates.
