Overview
- 1 Open Advance Tools → Digital Store.
- 2 Complete Before you start selling: Payment Gateways, publish at least one product, then add a Digital Product node in a chatbot.
- 3 Click Add product — set name, price, currency, status, type, file or link, optional preview and cover.
- 4 Publish the product, then in Chatbots add a Digital Product node (Sell or Browse) and choose a payment gateway where needed.
- 5 Track Products and Sales on Digital Store; customers can type my purchases in chat to re-download.

Sell with Digital Store
Configure payments, publish products, then wire a Digital Product node.
Before you start selling

- 1 Configure Payment Gateways in System Settings: INR → Razorpay; other currencies → Stripe.
- 2 Create and publish a product — Draft stays hidden from chatbots; Published can be sold.
- 3 In Chatbot Builder, add a Digital Product node (Sell or Browse), select products, and set payment.
Products
Products tab lists name, type, price, and Draft / Published status.
- 1 Add Product: Name, Description, Price, Currency, Status, and Type (Audio, Video, Document / PDF, ZIP, Other file, or External link).
- 2 Minimum price: ₹1 for INR; about $0.50 equivalent for other currencies.
- 3 Delivery: Secure download link in chat, or Send file in chat for small files. Optional Preview / sample and Cover image.
- 4 Products with completed sales cannot be deleted — set Draft to hide them instead.
Sell vs Browse in the chatbot
Digital Store sales run in chat via a Digital Product node. For a public browse-and-buy page, use Growth Tools → Storefront.
- 1 Sell mode: browse, pay, and deliver in this node. Set Payment gateway (Auto / Razorpay / Stripe).
- 2 Browse mode: customer selects a product, then connect a Capture Payment node (Fetch from connected Digital Product node).
- 3 After payment, the file or download link is sent in the same chat.
Sales
Sales tab lists Product, Contact, Amount, Gateway, Status, and Paid time.
- 1 Review completed checkouts and open Contact CRM from the contact when available.
- 2 Unpaid checkouts older than 7 days are hidden automatically.
Tips
- Enable both Razorpay and Stripe if you sell in INR and internationally.
- Digital Store is separate from WhatsApp Catalog (Meta Commerce) — this is for downloadable or linked digital goods.
