Overview
- 1 Open Home → UpScaleUp.io Growth Tools → Digital vCard → View packs or Open tool.
- 2 Under vCard packs, choose 1 card, 5 cards, or 10 cards, pick Monthly or Yearly, then Checkout → Proceed to Payment.
- 3 On Your cards, click New card (header) or Create card (empty state). The create page title is Create Card.
- 4 Pick a style, fill About you, Services you offer, public link & contact, optional store and social links, then Create card / Save changes.
- 5 Share the public URL (/v/…), use Open, or Download QR → Card QR code → Download PNG. Visitors can Message on WhatsApp or Save (.vcf).
Step by step
Subscribe, create, share
vCard packs are monthly or yearly subscriptions with card slots. Your main plan must be active to buy and edit.
Packs & card slots
Checkout: Select Your Pack with Billing Monthly | Yearly. The 5-card pack is often Most Recommended.
- 1 Entitlement shows Active cards / total card limit, Billing, and Renews.
- 2 Buying another pack stacks slots onto your previous max (for example 1 then 5 → 6 cards).
- 3 Upgrade from the tool page when you hit the limit: Upgrade → Upgrade your pack (current pack shows Current / Your current plan).
- 4 Card limit error: You have reached your card limit. Upgrade your pack to create more.
Create & edit a card
Editor sections match the create/edit screens. Back to Digital vCard returns to the list.
- 1 Choose a style — first row: Portrait, Studio, Minimal, Glass. More styles: Royal, Bold, Noir, Paper, Storefront, Executive.
- 2 Cover image is under Choose a style (required for Studio; optional for Glass). About you: Display name, Title/Role, Company Name, Bio, photo / logo.
- 3 Your public link & contact: slug under upscaleup.io/v/… (letters, numbers, hyphens), WhatsApp number + pre-filled message, Phone, Email, Website.
- 4 Up to 3 services; social types include Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google Maps, Telegram, Booking / Calendar, Custom link.
- 5 Optional store: Show store on this card with Shop label (default Shop) — requires an active Storefront on the account.
Tips
- Use a clear WhatsApp pre-filled message so visitors know what to ask.
- Download QR for print, email signatures, or event badges.
- Enable Show store on this card when you want Shop to open your public /s/… store.
- Upgrade your pack when Active cards reaches the card limit — slots stack when you buy another pack.
