A public storefront for your Digital products, Physical products, and Services. Share /s/… from WhatsApp, a chatbot Visit store button, or a vCard Shop link. Customers browse on the public page, then finish with Continue on WhatsApp.

At a glance

Overview

1 Publish the products or services you want to sell in Digital Store and/or Physical Store.
2 Open Home → UpScaleUp.io Growth Tools → Storefront → Buy monthly or Buy yearly (Activate Storefront) → Checkout → Proceed to Payment.
3 Open Manage storefront / Set up storefront / Settings & coupons (page title: Storefront settings).
4 Fill Store details (logo, Public URL slug /s/…, title, tagline, Default currency label, Status Active) → Save storefront. Add coupons if needed.
5 Share the public URL, link Shop from a Digital vCard, or add a chatbot Storefront node (Visit store). Customers Add to cart → Checkout → Continue on WhatsApp.

Step by step

Activate, set up, share

Storefront is a monthly/yearly Growth Tool. Publish products in Digital Store / Physical Store (and Services where available) first — Storefront does not create product catalogs itself.

Activate Storefront

Checkout: Select Plan — Complete your purchase to activate Storefront. Success: Storefront subscription activated.

1 Requires an active main UpScaleUp.io plan to buy.
2 When active, the tool page shows Status Active, Billing, and Renews / ends, plus views and WhatsApp checkouts counts.
3 Public shop needs both an active main plan and an in-term Storefront entitlement — otherwise visitors see an unavailable page.

Settings & coupons

Settings subtitle: Public shop URL, coupons, and branding.

1 Store details: Organization logo, Public URL slug, Store title, Tagline, Default currency label (INR / USD / AED), Status Active or Archived → Save storefront.
2 Coupons: code, Percentage % or Fixed amount, applies to All products / Digital only / Physical only / Services only → Add coupon; then Enable, Disable, or Delete.
3 Percentage max 100%; fixed amounts need a currency. Optional Min subtotal and Max uses.
4 Your account WhatsApp number must be set so checkout can Continue on WhatsApp.

Share & customer checkout

Public shop hero note: Browse, add to cart, and finish checkout on WhatsApp.

1 Public URLs: /s/{slug} and product pages /s/{slug}/p/{type}/{product}.
2 Customer flow: Add to cart → View cart → Checkout → optional coupon Apply → Your WhatsApp details → Continue on WhatsApp.
3 Digital, physical, and service items cannot be checked out together — clear one type from the cart first.
4 Chatbot Builder: Storefront / Open Storefront node sends a signed Visit store link (default button text Visit store).
5 Optional: Digital vCard Shop button when Storefront is active on the account.

Tips

Storefront is not the same as Digital Store chatbot checkout or Meta WhatsApp Catalog — it is the Growth Tools public /s/… shop.
If checkout says This store has not configured a WhatsApp number yet, add your business WhatsApp on the account first.

Keep the main plan and Storefront subscription both active so the public shop stays online.
