Overview
- 1 Open avatar menu → System Settings.
- 2 Choose Payment Gateways or Notifications.
- 3 For payments: configure Razorpay, Cashfree, or Easebuzz (INR) and/or Stripe (other currencies), enable each gateway, then Save.
- 4 For notifications: set sound on/off, pick a sound, set volume, Save Notification Settings; manage push devices if available.
Step by step
Payment Gateways and Notifications
Use the left nav to switch tabs.
Payment Gateways
For chatbot payments and Digital Store. Status: Ready, Disabled, or Not set.
- 1 Razorpay (INR): Enable Razorpay, enter Key ID and Key Secret, optional Webhook Secret, Use test mode if needed, then Save Razorpay.
- 2 Cashfree (INR): Enable Cashfree, enter App ID and Secret Key, optional Webhook Secret, Use test mode if needed, then Save Cashfree. In Cashfree → Developers → Webhooks, add /webhooks/cashfree-chatbot and select success payment (plus failed payment / user dropped payment if shown).
- 3 Easebuzz (INR): Enable Easebuzz, enter Merchant Key and Salt, Use test mode for sandbox credentials, then Save Easebuzz. Returns are verified with the salt. Optional webhook: /webhooks/easebuzz-chatbot.
- 4 Stripe (international): Enable Stripe, enter Publishable Key and Secret Key, optional Webhook Secret, Use test mode if needed, then Save Stripe.
- 5 Keys can be saved while disabled — turn Enable on when you are ready to accept payments.
Notifications
Message sounds and push devices.
- 1 Enable Notification Sound when new messages arrive.
- 2 Choose Notification Sound 1–8, set Volume, use Test Sound, then Save Notification Settings.
- 3 Under Push notification devices: Enable notifications on this device, or Remove a device. Use Troubleshoot push if delivery fails.
Tips
- Digital Store and Capture Payment nodes need the matching gateway enabled for the product currency.
- Webhook secrets help confirm payments so delivery messages send after checkout.
- Profile is a separate link from this page header — System Settings is for gateways and notifications only.
